We decided we did not like the condo we had seen and Georgina quickly assisted us in finding the kind of condo we were looking to buy, in terms of price range, location, style, neighborhood, and so on. She fully understood what we were looking for and never tried to get us to look at something outside our boundaries. Because of her hard work, we were able to find the perfect condo in a beautiful wooded setting very quickly. Georgina handled all the negotiations in a timely and professional manner and our offer on the condo was accepted.
From there, Georgina handled everything else expertly from arranging for an inspection of the property to selecting a title company. When delays arose with the bank, Georgina was always on the spot to smooth things out and make sure everyone did their job in a timely manner.
